Due to the high shipping costs and nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at annmoska@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the product. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
